Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta presents an exhibition of paintings by talented and renowned Indonesian artist Kartini Basuki. The paintings are artistically displayed around the lobby area of the Hotel until May 10, 2013.Kartini Basuki began painting only in 1984, when at the age of 36 she accompanied her husband, art enthusiast Wiwoho Basuki Tjoktonegoro, to the house and studio of S. Sudjojono, known as “the father of modern Indonesian art.”
