Qantas launches additional capacity across Tasmania

Celebrating the additional capacity in Hobart today, along with Tasmanian Premier Lara Giddings, QantasLink.

Executive Manager John Gissing said the extra services will give customers more flexibility.

U.S. hotel industry experienced 1.1 percent growth in occupancy

Friday, October 19, 2012 - The U.S. hotel industry experienced positive results in the three key performance metrics during the week of 7-13 October 2012, according to data from STR. In year-over-year comparisons, occupancy rose 1.1 percent to 66.2 percent, average daily rate was up 3.9 percent to US$109.04 and revenue per available room increased 5.1 percent to US$72.24.
