Red Lion Hotels Corporation today announced that it will report 2013 first quarter results after the market closes on May 7.The company will hold a conference call at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, to discuss the results for interested investors, analysts and portfolio managers.
