Ambassador K. V. Bhagirath, the Secretary General of the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Co-operation welcomed Minister Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture at the Headquarters of the organization at Cybercity at Ebene in Mauritius.Ambassador Bhagirath was accompanied for the meeting by Mr Manish K. Agrawal, the Director of the IOR-ARC.
This meeting centered on cooperation between the IOR-ARC and the Indian Ocean Vanilla islands Regional Organisation which is currently being headed by Minister St.Ange of the Seychelles.
