Villa sales prices up 23% - apartment sales prices up 14% in 2012, says latest Asteco report on Dubai real estate

 Quality residential developments in Dubai ended 2012 with a strong Q4 performance to put the average annual increases at their highest since 2008. Villa sales prices were up on average 23% year-on-year and apartments made average gains of 14% during the same period.
