New All Organic and Biodynamic Wine List Debuts at Caracol Steakhouse


The Caracol Steakhouse restaurant unveils a new all-organic and biodynamic wine list with top sustainably-produced vintages to complement the vegetables and herbs from the thriving organic Caracol garden. Fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, squash blossoms, cilantro, baby lettuce, green onions, jalapenos, radishes, rosemary, mint, lemongrass and arugula are harvested every day from the Caracol garden and featured throughout the restaurant’s menu alongside delicious steaks and local seafood from Costa Rica.
