Quattro Restaurant teams up with American Institute of Wine and Food to raise funds

Quattro restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley will partner with the American Institute of Wine and Food (AIWF), on March 24 to raise funds and awareness for The Days of Taste Program. The Days of Taste Program, founded by Julia Child, brings chefs and farmers into fourth and fifth grade classrooms to engage and educate children about the importance of fresh food and the journey of ingredients through daily life, from farm to table.
