Jumeirah Group, the global luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, has revealed that steak is the UAE’s favourite dish, while Italian is the cuisine of choice.In the first ever country-wide poll of its kind, the UAE has firmly established itself as a country of meat lovers with the classic beefsteak receiving an overwhelming share of the vote, with 10% of people choosing it as their favourite dish. It was followed by popular seafood dish, grilled lobster (5%) and then the Japanese specialty sushi (4%).
