Queensland welcomes more international holidaymakers

Wednesday, December 05, 2012 - Queensland’s tourism revival has continued with new figures showing an increase in overseas visitors to the State.

Tourism, Major Events, Small Business and the Commonwealth Games Minister Jann Stuckey said the latest International Visitor Survey by Tourism Research Australia revealed 1.3 million international holidaymakers travelled to Queensland in the year to September 2012.
