Campaign swaps partridge and pear trees for Queensland holidays

Wednesday, December 05, 2012 - Tourism Queensland has swapped seven swans, six geese and five golden rings for 12 days of holiday giveaways in a bid to entice more people to discover the joys of a Queensland getaway this summer.

Minister for Tourism, Major Events, Small Business and the Commonwealth Games Jann Stuckey said just over $30,000 in festive gifts would be up for grabs in the ‘12 days of Queensland Christmas Wishes’ campaign.
