BAM Nuttall awarded 220m euros Borders Railway construction contract

 Network Rail has appointed BAM Nuttall as main contractor for the delivery of the new Borders Railway.

The £220m contract announced today includes detailed design and construction works for the new line and will see around 500 jobs created by the project between now and 2015.
