Taj InnerCircle, the frequent guest programme of the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, was awarded Best Hotel Program of the Year, Best Redemption Ability and Best Customer Service at the 2012 Freddie Awards held in New York on 26th April 2012. Taj InnerCircle won this award for the Middle East, Asia and Oceania region. Freddie Awards was introduced in 1988 and honours excellence in frequent travel programmes.
