One of Britain’s finest houses from the early 20th century is to hold an exhibition of stamped book cover designs from the Arts & Crafts movement. Blackwell, in the English Lake District, is an internationally important icon of Arts & Crafts architecture and still has nearly all its original decorative features. From Rossetti to Voysey: Arts & Crafts Stamped Book Cover Design will bring together more than 90 books with case-bound cloth covers by artists and designers synonymous with the Arts & Crafts movement.
